Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused

Travel Sales Executive

to join our team. You will be responsible for converting leads into bookings, crafting tailored travel itineraries, and maintaining long-term client relationships. This role requires a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for travel.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound travel inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms. Sell domestic and international tour packages based on customer requirements. Create customized itineraries and provide travel consultation. Convert leads into confirmed bookings and meet monthly sales targets. Maintain updated knowledge of travel trends, destinations, visa requirements, and pricing. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and travel partners for seamless service delivery. Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after the trip. Maintain CRM records and follow up with clients for repeat business.

Requirements

Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in travel sales or tourism (preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Passion for travel and customer engagement.
