Key Responsibilities:
Handle domestic & international travel inquiries from B2C clients via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Sell holiday packages, flight tickets, hotel bookings, visa services, cruises & travel insurance.
Customize tour itineraries & packages according to client requirements.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
Manage end-to-end travel bookings including sightseeing tours, transfers & activities.
Provide accurate travel consultancy on destinations, travel routes, and visa requirements.
Stay updated with the latest travel trends, airline deals, and hotel offers.
Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent sales & service delivery.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of domestic & international destinations (Dubai, Bali, Maldives, Thailand, Europe, USA, Singapore, etc.).
Prior experience as a Travel Sales Executive / Travel Consultant / Holiday Package Sales Consultant.
Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to close travel deals independently and work under target pressure.
Knowledge of GDS systems, MS Office, and Travel CRM tools.
Good understanding of airline ticketing, hotel reservations & visa documentation.
Customer-focused, result-oriented, and passionate about the tourism industry.
