You will be responsible for assisting clients with travel planning, creating personalized itineraries, promoting travel packages, and ensuring customer satisfaction while driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities



Customer Assistance:

Guide customers with travel plans, destinations, accommodations, and transport options, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Itinerary Planning:

Design customized itineraries based on client preferences, requirements, and budget.

Vendor Coordination:

Liaise with hotels, airlines, and other travel partners to secure the best deals for clients.

Sales & Promotions:

Actively promote holiday packages, upsell add-ons, and achieve defined sales targets.

Problem Solving:

Handle travel disruptions, cancellations, and customer complaints promptly and professionally.

Industry Awareness:

Stay updated with travel trends, new destinations, price movements, and regulations to provide the best advice to customers.

Administrative Duties:

Process payments, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports related to sales and bookings.

Required Skills



Customer Service Excellence:

Strong ability to handle client queries, resolve issues, and build long-term relationships.

Sales Orientation:

Experience in sales techniques, target achievement, and cross-selling/upselling.

Detail-Oriented:

Accuracy in managing bookings, documentation, and itineraries.

Tech Proficiency:

Comfortable using booking systems, online travel platforms, and MS Office.

Communication Skills:

Fluent in English & Hindi with excellent verbal and written communication.

Negotiation Skills:

Ability to negotiate competitive rates with suppliers and partners.

Adaptability:

Flexibility to adjust to changing client demands and industry shifts.

Compensation & Benefits



Salary:

Variable commission-based payout system. Earn between

?18,000 - ?25,000/month

(depending on performance, skills, and experience).

Schedule:

6 days a week (1 weekly off)
