Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Sales Executive/Travel Agent, located in Rohini. The role involves handling client inquiries, offering tailored travel packages, and maintaining long-term client relationships. Responsibilities include making travel arrangements, negotiating with vendors, managing bookings, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires strong organizational skills, market knowledge, and the ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
Proficient in Sales and Customer Relationship Management
Knowledge and experience with domestic and international travel itineraries
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Attention to detail and ability to organize and manage multiple tasks
Problem-solving and decision-making skills under a dynamic work environment
Proficiency in computer applications and booking software is an advantage
Prior experience in travel sales or as a travel agent is beneficial
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred Industry.
