We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused
Travel Sales Executive
who has strong experience in
designing, costing, and selling land packages
for international destinations.
Key Responsibilities:1. Land Package Creation
Create customized
land-only packages
for destinations including hotels, transfers, sightseeing, activities, and add-ons.
Prepare detailed itineraries, costing sheets, and quotations based on client budget and preferences.
Ensure all packages are feasible and align with travel timelines, logistics, and supplier offerings.
Coordinate with DMCs, hotel partners, and local suppliers to get competitive rates
Sales & Client Handling
Handle inbound inquiries via calls, emails, and online platforms.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable destinations and packages.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings through persuasive communication and product knowledge.
Provide pre-travel and post-travel support to clients.
Destination Knowledge & Research
Maintain strong knowledge of key travel destinations, including attractions, geography, entry rules, weather, and popular routes.
Stay updated with new hotels, sightseeing options, and travel trends.
Identify new destinations and develop fresh land packages to expand product offerings.
Coordination & Documentation
Coordinate with operations team for booking confirmations, vouchers, and travel documents.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
1-3 years of experience
in travel sales or tour planning.
Strong knowledge of
land packages
(domestic & international).
Experience working with
DMCs, hotels, and ground handlers
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
