skilled and customer-focused Travel Sales Consultant - International Flights

to join our

Delhi-branch

.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in

international air ticketing, fare searches, and client support

, along with excellent communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer inquiries

exclusively for international flight bookings

via phone, email, and chat.

Provide

best airfare options

, routing advice, and fare comparisons to clients.

Handle

ticket issuance, reissues, refunds, date changes, and cancellations

efficiently.

Drive

sales through inbound & outbound calls

and online leads.

Build and maintain

excellent relationships

with clients and airline partners.

Achieve monthly

sales targets

and contribute to the company's overall growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

6Months-2 years of experience

in

international flight sales or ticketing

.

Hands-on experience with

GDS systems

(Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre preferred).

Strong

communication, sales, and client-handling

skills.

Language Skills:

Must be able to

communicate fluently in English

to serve key client markets.

(Note: Language proficiency is required solely to serve business and client communication needs.)
