Key Responsibilities
Effectively communicate with prospective clients via calls, emails, and face-to-face consultations
Understand customer requirements and present suitable travel options, packages, and offers
Drive lead conversion through consultative selling, timely follow-ups, and relationship-building
Promote travel packages creatively across digital channels and in-store promotions
Maintain and update customer database with accuracy
Work collaboratively with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven experience in travel sales or related field
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Comfortable with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
Customer-focused attitude and proactive problem-solving skills
