As a
Travel Sales Executive / Travel Consultant
, you will be responsible for engaging with leads, understanding their travel preferences, crafting customized itineraries, and converting them into confirmed bookings.
You'll represent Travel Coffee as the voice of trust and expertise -- helping customers plan smooth, memorable trips across India's most loved destinations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
inbound and outbound sales inquiries
via phone, email, and WhatsApp
Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings by offering tailored packages
Design and customize itineraries for Himachal, Kashmir, Spiti, Goa, and other destinations
Communicate package details clearly -- inclusions, hotels, transport, and experiences
Follow up with customers systematically to maximize conversions
Maintain lead records and update CRM tools regularly
Achieve monthly booking targets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth post-booking coordination
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in
Himachal or domestic travel sales
preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong product knowledge of Himachal and nearby destinations
Ability to plan detailed itineraries and handle customer queries confidently
Positive attitude, persuasive communication, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools
Freshers with strong communication and passion for travel may also apply
