Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation & Sales

: Meet clients to understand budgets, preferences, and needs; recommend destinations, customs, and activities.

Itinerary & Booking

: Design and sell customized packages (flights, hotels, activities, insurance) and manage all bookings and payments.

Customer Service

: Provide support before, during, and after travel, resolving issues like cancellations or complaints.

Sales & Targets

: Achieve sales goals, generate leads, upsell services, and use CRM for client management.

Industry Knowledge

: Stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and regulations; build relationships with suppliers (hotels, airlines).

Administrative

: Prepare sales documents, maintain records, and report on sales activities.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
