We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven
Sales Executive
to manage and expand our
B2B, Corporate, and Field Sales
operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our travel services to corporate clients and travel agents across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular field visits to
travel agents, corporate clients, and prospective partners
to generate new business.
Identify potential clients and convert leads into successful sales.
Promote and sell our range of services, including:
to ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Provide market insights, competitor updates, and weekly/monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of services and client satisfaction.
Skills & Requirements:
Experience:
1-3 years in
Field Sales / B2B Sales
(prior experience in
Travel & Tourism
is preferred).
Communication & Negotiation Skills:
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal abilities.
Client Relationship Management:
Proven ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships.
Sales Ability:
Strong lead conversion skills with a focus on achieving targets.
Industry Knowledge:
Good understanding of travel packages, corporate travel processes, and industry trends.
Mobility:
Must be open to extensive travel for client meetings, market visits, and business development activities.
