Job Summary

We are looking for a

highly driven, hardcore sales professional

with proven experience in selling travel and holiday packages. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, confident in speaking with prospective clients, skilled in itinerary planning, and capable of converting leads into confirmed bookings.

This role requires

strong follow-up discipline, persuasive communication, and a hunger to close sales

Key Responsibilities

Handle

incoming and outbound sales leads

for travel and holiday packages Speak confidently with prospective customers to

understand their travel needs

Design, customize, and prepare itineraries

based on client requirements Share itineraries professionally via email, WhatsApp, or other communication channels

Regular follow-ups

with leads to move them through the sales funnel Address client queries, objections, and concerns effectively

Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets

Coordinate with operations/vendors to ensure feasibility of packages Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions (CRM or internal systems) Build long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business
Required Skills & Competencies

Strong sales mindset with hunger to perform and close deals

Excellent

verbal communication and persuasion skills

Ability to explain destinations, itineraries, and inclusions clearly High level of confidence while handling clients over calls and messages Strong follow-up discipline and ownership of leads Good understanding of domestic and/or international travel packages Ability to work under targets and pressure
Language Requirements (Mandatory)

English

- Must be able to

read, write, and speak fluently

Hindi

- Speaking proficiency required

Assamese

- Speaking proficiency required (Multilingual ability is a must for this role)*

Educational Qualification

10+2 (Higher Secondary) and above

- Mandatory

Graduates preferred


Experience Requirement

Minimum

2 years of hands-on experience

in: Travel agency sales Holiday package sales Tour operations sales Experience in handling

end-to-end sales cycle

is mandatory
