Key Responsibilities
Handle
incoming and outbound sales leads
for travel and holiday packages
Speak confidently with prospective customers to
understand their travel needs
Design, customize, and prepare itineraries
based on client requirements
Share itineraries professionally via email, WhatsApp, or other communication channels
Regular follow-ups
with leads to move them through the sales funnel
Address client queries, objections, and concerns effectively
Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
Coordinate with operations/vendors to ensure feasibility of packages
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions (CRM or internal systems)
Build long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business
Required Skills & Competencies

Excellent
verbal communication and persuasion skills
Ability to explain destinations, itineraries, and inclusions clearly
High level of confidence while handling clients over calls and messages
