We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our growing office team in Pitampura, Delhi.
This role involves handling client communication, assisting customers with service information, and coordinating internal processes related to international travel services.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp
Provide information about international destinations and services
Maintain client records and follow-up documentation
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth service processing
Assist customers in selecting suitable travel service options
Ensure high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer handling / service coordination
Good knowledge of European countries and international destinations
Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, WhatsApp handling)
Ability to manage multiple clients and follow up professionally
