We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Sales Coordinator
to join our Corporate Travel team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing travel requirements for corporate clients, including flight bookings, hotel arrangements, car rentals, and related coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
end-to-end travel coordination
for corporate clients.
Share flight options
with clients via email based on their travel requirements.
Book flight tickets
upon receiving client confirmation and ensure timely delivery of itineraries.
Suggest and discuss suitable hotel options
as per client preferences and budgets.
Coordinate
car rental arrangements
as per client needs.
Manage
payment follow-ups
and ensure timely receipt of payments.
Prepare and share tax invoices
with clients post-booking.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, and client communications.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through prompt and professional communication.
Coordinate internally with the accounts and operations teams to ensure smooth travel delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience
in a
corporate travel desk
or similar profile (travel agency, TMC, or in-house corporate travel team).
Strong knowledge of
flight booking systems
preferred.
Familiarity with
hotel and car rental booking processes
.
Excellent communication and email writing skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Travel & Tourism or Business Administration).
Compensation:
As per industry standards and experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
