In this role, you will be responsible for advising clients on travel options, creating customized itineraries, booking travel services (flights, hotels, holiday packages), and delivering exceptional customer service. You must be passionate about travel, sales-driven, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound travel inquiries via calls, emails, and online platforms.
Understand client needs and preferences to recommend suitable travel packages or customized options.
Provide information on destinations, travel routes, accommodation, and transportation.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings while achieving monthly sales targets.
Maintain strong product knowledge of airline routes, fare rules, consolidator fares, hotel deals, and vacation packages.
Upsell value-added services such as travel insurance, airport transfers, visa assistance, and upgrades.
Build lasting client relationships through post-sale support and follow-ups.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other vendors to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
Stay updated on global travel trends, promotions, and safety protocols.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in travel sales or a customer-facing travel role (minimum 2 years).
Strong knowledge of GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) and OTA platforms (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
