Handle
flight bookings
, fare quotations, and ticket issuance using GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre).
Provide information on destinations, attractions, hotels, tours, and visa requirements for US travel.
Coordinate with airlines, DMCs (Destination Management Companies), and local suppliers for competitive pricing and seamless travel arrangements.
Manage client inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins to ensure high conversion rates.
Maintain updated knowledge of
US travel regulations
, promotional deals, and airline policies.
Resolve customer queries and travel issues promptly and professionally.
Achieve monthly and quarterly
sales targets
for packages and flight bookings.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client details.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate / Postgraduate in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality Management.
2-5 years
of experience in international travel sales (preferably US destinations).
Strong knowledge of
US geography, attractions, and visa requirements
.
Proficiency in
GDS platforms
(Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) for air ticketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused attitude with good negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with
US DMCs and suppliers

Prior experience in
B2B or B2C
travel sales.
Knowledge of
corporate travel management systems
is an advantage.
