Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails for UK-based travel customers.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings for flights, holiday packages, hotels, and other travel products.
Promote company travel products, special offers, and deals to maximize sales.
Provide excellent customer service by understanding client requirements and offering the best travel solutions.
Manage fare searches, quotations, ticket issuance, re-issuance, cancellations, and refunds.
Ensure adherence to sales targets and revenue goals.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client details in the system.
Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Graduate (preferred) or equivalent qualification.
Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years in
international travel sales
(UK/Europe process preferred).
Strong knowledge of
airline fare structures, GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre), and online booking tools
.
Excellent
communication skills in English
(both spoken & written).
Ability to handle pressure, meet sales targets, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
