We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused
Spanish Travel Sales Consultants
with proven experience in International Travel Sales. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls, converting leads into confirmed bookings, and ensuring high customer satisfaction while working with Spanish-speaking clients.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound calls for Spanish-speaking customers.
Understand travel requirements and provide customized flight/hotel/holiday solutions.
Achieve monthly sales targets with high conversion rates.
Use GDS systems (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo) to search, book, and issue tickets.
Ensure excellent customer experience by building rapport and trust.
Upsell and cross-sell travel products (insurance, hotels, holiday packages).
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of experience
in International Travel Sales (PPC/Meta process preferred).
Fluency in Spanish & English
(both written & verbal).
Strong sales and negotiation skills with proven closing ability.
Hands-on experience with
GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo)
preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
Flexible to work in rotational shifts and week offs.
