We are looking for an experienced

Holiday & Ticketing Executive

to join our team for the night shift. The ideal candidate should have at least

3 years of hands-on experience

in holiday package planning, international/domestic ticketing, customer coordination, and travel operations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle domestic and international flight ticket bookings (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre preferred) Create and customize holiday packages based on client requirements Process rescheduling, cancellations, refunds, and fare calculations Provide excellent customer support during night shift operations Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners Maintain booking records and ensure accurate documentation Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally

Required Skills

Minimum 3 years of experience in ticketing/holiday operations Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus) Strong knowledge of fares, routing, and travel regulations Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently during night shift Attention to detail and multitasking ability
