Travel Consultant US Market

Location: Mohali, Punjab

Responsibilities

Drive and close sales of travel products: flights, hotels, cruises, tours, rail, and related

services

Develop tailored travel packages aligned with client preferences, budgets, and timelines

Provide expert guidance on destinations, fares, visas, travel documents, insurance, and

upgrades

Handle client interactions with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail

Stay updated on airline promotions, scheduling changes, and industry trends

Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

Qualifications

Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills; knowledge of

Spanish or other languages is an asset.

Demonstrated experience in travel consultancy, reservations, or ticketing, preferably

with US market exposure.

Proficiency with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus.

Customer-centric, highly organized, and proactive in fast-paced environments.

Ability to work rotational shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays to cater

to US time zones.

Strong negotiation and selling skills with the ability to upsell.

Work Schedule

Full-time role with a typical five-day work week, inclusive of rotational shifts to overlap with US

time zones, including evenings, weekends, and applicable holidays.
