US Holiday Packages Cruise Sales US Travel Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on cruise options, US travel itineraries, and holiday packages. Manage end-to-end booking processes including flights, hotels, excursions, and travel insurance. Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel. Stay updated with current travel trends, visa regulations, and promotions. Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate records of bookings and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is a plus.

Skills:

Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of travel destinations, travel regulations, and booking systems. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
