Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat from prospective travellers.

Understand client preferences and provide customized travel solutions, including flights, accommodations, tours, and transportation.

Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage follow-ups, and maintain detailed records of client interactions.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and conversion rates by effectively closing sales.

Stay updated on travel trends, destination information, and industry best practices to provide informed recommendations.

Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and customer insights.

Assist clients with travel documentation, including visas and insurance, as needed.

Handle post-booking support, addressing changes, cancellations, and customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction

? Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred).

2-4 years of experience in travel sales, customer service, or a related role.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and travel booking platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre is a plus).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work weekends or holidays, as needed, to accommodate client schedules.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
