About the Role:

We are hiring experienced Travel Sales Consultants who are skilled in

Amadeus GDS

and comfortable working in a

Canada travel sales process

. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in flight bookings, itinerary planning, and customer handling.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound travel sales inquiries Create, modify, and cancel reservations using

Amadeus GDS

Provide customized flight options and holiday solutions to Canadian customers Upsell/add-on travel services when applicable Maintain high-quality customer service during night shift Resolve ticketing issues, fare discrepancies, and schedule changes

Requirements:

1 to 3 years of experience in travel sales

Mandatory:

Proficiency in

Amadeus GDS

Strong communication and sales skills Ability to work night shift Immediate joiners preferred Experience with Canada or US travel process is a plus
