Role Summary

We are looking for an

Operations Executive

to manage B2B tour operations for Bali. The role involves handling bookings, coordinating with vendors, supporting agents, and ensuring smooth execution of travel itineraries.

Candidates with prior experience in the travel industry are preferred.

Knowledge of

Gujarati or Tamil

is an added advantage to support regional agents.

Key Responsibilities

Manage bookings for hotels, transfers, sightseeing, and activities in Bali Coordinate with Bali-based vendors for confirmations and changes Ensure timely and smooth execution of travel itineraries Handle booking updates and cancellations via internal systems Assist Indian travel agents via email, WhatsApp, and phone Prepare travel documents like vouchers, invoices, and confirmations Resolve on-ground issues and monitor guest feedback Work with sales and quotation teams for smooth handovers

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline Prior experience in the

travel or tourism industry preferred

Strong coordination, communication & multitasking skills Fluent in English and Hindi;

Gujarati or Tamil preferred

Familiar with Bali's geography and travel services Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and booking tools Calm and problem-solving attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
