Meta Ads and PPC campaigns

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound leads generated via
Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and PPC campaigns (Google Ads, etc.)
.
Consult customers on
domestic and international travel packages
including flights, hotels, tours, and transfers.
Prepare
customized itineraries
as per client preferences and budget.
Maintain updated knowledge of travel destinations, promotions, and seasonal offers.
Meet and exceed monthly
sales targets and conversion goals
.
Provide excellent post-sales support (cancellations, rebookings, special requests).
Ensure high levels of
customer satisfaction
and build long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience in Travel Sales
(experience with Meta/PPC leads highly preferred).
Knowledge of
GDS systems
(Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) will be an advantage.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Passion for travel and customer-centric mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Willingness to work in
Delhi or Gurugram
office.
