Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls for

Make My Trip travel bookings

Understand customer requirements and offer the best travel solutions Convert leads into confirmed sales with effective pitch and follow-ups Upsell additional services like insurance, cabs, and hotel upgrades Manage post-booking queries and ensure complete customer satisfaction Maintain accurate records in CRM and coordinate with backend teams
