Travel Sales Executive
to promote and sell travel-related products and services. The ideal candidate will assist clients in planning trips, recommend suitable travel packages, and close sales while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell domestic and international travel packages
Understand customer travel needs and suggest suitable itineraries
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings
Prepare quotations and explain package details clearly to clients
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and promotions
Resolve customer issues and ensure high satisfaction levels
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience in travel sales or tourism industry
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
Knowledge of domestic and international destinations
