Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Consult with clients to determine travel needs Research, plan, and book domestic and international travel arrangements Provide expert advice on travel destinations, visa requirements, currency, weather, and local customs. Tailor travel packages and create custom itineraries to meet client preferences. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, safety regulations, and promotions. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, changes, or issues before, during, and after travel. Maintain client records and process payments, refunds, and travel documents. Develop and nurture long-term client relationships through excellent service and follow-ups. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role within the travel industry. Minimum graduation required with excellent communication skills Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations and travel logistics. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Sales-driven mindset with the ability to upsell travel products and services.
