Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Package Design & Sales:

Design, manage, and sell customized and fixed departure travel packages tailored to clients' needs.

Itinerary Planning & Booking Management:

Prepare detailed itineraries, calculate costings, and manage all aspects of bookings (hotels, flights, transfers, visas, sightseeing).

Client & Partner Relations:

Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, B2B partners, DMCs, and suppliers to enhance business opportunities.

Lead Conversion:

Actively convert incoming leads from both direct clients and agents into sales, contributing to achieving team sales goals.

Team Sales Target Achievement:

Play a key role in driving the team's collective sales performance, ensuring that sales targets are met and surpassed. Collaborate with team members to reach or exceed overall sales objectives.

Team Leadership (for Senior Role):

Guide and mentor junior team members, ensuring smooth operations and consistent performance to meet sales goals.

Client Support:

Deliver excellent pre- and post-sales support, ensuring clients' satisfaction and repeat business.

Industry Awareness:

Stay updated on global travel trends, destinations, visa regulations, and supplier networks to provide informed recommendations.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:



Destination Expertise:

Strong knowledge of both domestic (India) and international travel destinations, including vendor contacts and regional trends.

Sales-Driven Mindset:

A strong customer-first approach with a clear focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets for the team.

Communication & Negotiation:

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively manage relationships with clients and partners.

Tech-Savvy:

Familiar with CRMs, GDS systems, and other travel booking platforms.

Multitasking & Time Management:

Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage deadlines, and perform effectively under pressure.

Team Player:

Strong collaboration skills, with a focus on supporting the team to achieve collective sales goals.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
