Promote and sell international travel packages, tours, flights, hotels, visas, insurance, and other travel products.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable travel options and itineraries.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in person.
follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business.
Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, airline rules, visa requirements, and pricing.
Build partnerships with travel suppliers, hotels, and tour operators.
Prepare quotations, invoices, itineraries, and booking confirmations.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Handle client complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in travel sales, ticketing, or customer service (1-3 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and manage multiple clients.
