We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused
Travel Sales Consultant
to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients in planning and booking travel itineraries, offering expert advice and excellent service throughout the sales journey. Your goal is to convert inquiries into bookings while ensuring an exceptional travel experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand client needs and preferences to recommend suitable travel packages (domestic/international).
Plan, customize, and book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, tours, and transport.
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and online inquiries.
Meet or exceed sales targets and conversion goals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, destinations, and promotions.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Assist with travel documentation like visas, insurance, and itineraries as needed.
Manage post-booking support including changes, cancellations, and refunds.
Requirements:
Freshers can also apply
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in travel sales or a customer service/sales role.
Certification in CRM (Hubspot)
Strong knowledge of travel destinations, booking systems, and travel platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre is a plus).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
