We are looking for a Car Rental Sales Executive who can handle USA-based customers, manage inquiries, close bookings, and coordinate with rental suppliers. The role focuses on sales, customer handling, and booking management for car rental services.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, chats, and leads related to car rentals
Understand customer requirements (location, dates, vehicle type, budget)
Suggest suitable car rental options and upsell when possible
Close bookings and ensure accurate details entry
Coordinate with backend / supplier portals for confirmations
Share booking details, invoices, and confirmation with customers
Handle basic post-booking support (modifications, cancellations, queries)
Maintain daily sales and lead follow-up records
Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business

Skills & Requirements
Minimum 6 months-2 years experience in Travel / Car Rental / BPO sales
Good English communication skills (spoken & written)
Experience with USA / international process preferred
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Ability to work in night shifts
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, emails, Excel)
Customer-focused and target-driven mindset
