The Travel Sales Consultant is responsible for assisting clients with booking flight tickets and hotel accommodations, offering expert advice on travel options, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of global travel destinations, airline and hotel systems, and reservation platforms (e.g., GDS like Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in planning and booking flights and hotel accommodations.
Provide detailed information on travel itineraries, visa requirements, and travel insurance
Offer travel solutions based on the client's budget and preferences.
Upsell additional services
Process changes, cancellations, and refunds per airline and hotel policies.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries professionally.
Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Stay updated on airline policies, hotel promotions, and travel trends.
Resolve client complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection laws, and industry regulations.
