Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation:

Meet with clients to understand budgets, preferences, and travel needs.

Sales & Promotion:

Sell packages, upsell services (insurance, activities), use promotional materials, and generate leads.

Itinerary Planning:

Develop customized trips, including flights, accommodations, tours, and activities.

Booking & Administration:

Handle reservations, process payments, manage cancellations, and maintain accurate client records.

Customer Support:

Address issues, resolve conflicts, and provide post-booking support.

Industry Knowledge:

Stay current on destinations, trends, promotions, and regulations.

Vendor Relations:

Build and maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, and tour operators.

Performance:

Achieve sales targets and contribute to business profitability.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
