Job description:- Book Flights, Hotels, and Packages for the customers- Handle incoming calls and offer corporate clients and business partners the most efficient route to their destination as well as the most affordable prices on the market.- Providing clients with trip planning assistance, business and leisure packages, as well as travel information and guidance.- Provide the client with outstanding customer service while making professional, accurate, and cost-effective travel arrangements.- Achieving targets while maintaining accuracy and quality.- The conversion of an incoming call into a sales call and thus generating revenue for the companyJob Requirement:- Good GDS understanding (Amadeus) with Meta Process Minimum 3 Years Experience in Travel- Excellent communication skills are mandatory- Comfortable for Voice-based UK sales process- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively- Familiarity with travel industry knowledge- Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience or as per company standards (ref:updazz.com)
