Experience Required

: Minimum 1+ years in the travel and tourism industry.

Educational Qualification

: Graduate or equivalent in any discipline (preferred: Travel & Tourism / Hospitality background)

Key Skills Required:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- GDS software knowledge (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or similar).

- Strong customer service orientation.

- Ability to manage bookings, itineraries, and ticketing.

- Leadership and team management skills (for Team Leader role).

- Problem-solving and negotiation skills

- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

For Travel Agent:

1. Handle domestic and international travel bookings for flights, hotels, and packages.

2. Use GDS software to create, modify, and manage reservations.

3. Suggest travel options and provide customized itineraries to clients.

4. Manage customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Stay updated on travel regulations, visa processes, and airline policies.6. Maintain records of bookings and payments.
