Job Requirements:
Experience in the travel industry minimum 1 to 2 years
Proficiency in Amadeus software (GDS system)
Strong knowledge of international/domestic ticketing, fare rules, and PNR handling
Ability to handle customer queries and provide travel solutions efficiently
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
