Responsibilities:

Handling traveller queries and taking travel requirements Understand customer requirement and offer packages accordingly Coordinating with operations team Handling operations/sales for outbound flight enquiries (Understanding of UK destination is preferred) Create bookings / reservations for customers, Prepare itineraries, Flight costing, customization of international / outbound flight packages Providing excellent customer service experiences - Taking care of any customer escalation post booking and helping with appropriate resolution Responsible to ensure that the flight is operated smoothly Having experience working in META process
Experience: 1+ year

Location- Noida
