Key Responsibilities:
Sell domestic and international travel packages including air, hotel, car rentals, cruises, and excursions.
Understand clients' needs and preferences to recommend suitable travel options.
Provide detailed travel information such as costs, itineraries, customs, and travel regulations.
Handle customer inquiries, changes, cancellations, and special requests professionally and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client information.
Upsell travel insurance, upgrades, and add-on services to maximize revenue.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Stay updated on travel trends, destination knowledge, and industry changes.
Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
Build and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and repeat clients.
