We are looking to add a Spanish-speaking Travel Sales Consultant to our team to support our international market during night shift hours.

Key Responsibilities

Sell travel products and services (flights, hotels, vacation packages, tours, travel insurance, etc.) to Spanish-speaking customers, via phone, email or chat. Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals. Build rapport with clients, understand their travel needs, suggest suitable options and upsell/add-ons when appropriate. Handle inbound enquiries and proactively follow up on leads and outbound calls. Provide accurate travel information, pricing, routing, availability and explain terms and conditions. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, ticketing, suppliers) to ensure smooth booking and post-booking service. Resolve customer issues, complaints or service disruptions swiftly or escalate when required. Stay up-to-date with travel industry trends, destinations, promotions and supplier offers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Fluency in Spanish (native or near-native) and good proficiency in English. 1-2 years of proven experience in travel sales, travel agency, tour operator or related sales environment. Strong sales, negotiation and customer-service skills. Comfortable working night shift (08:00 pm - 05:00 am & 09:00pm - 06:00am) and delivering consistent performance. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in both Spanish and English. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, meet deadlines and maintain high attention to detail.
