We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented

Reservation Executive

to join our team. The role involves handling international hotel reservations and travel-related inquiries, primarily for the UK and European markets. Requirements:

Freshers or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in the International Travel Industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - mandatory. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle international calls in a professional manner. Passion for customer service and the travel industry.

Responsibilities:

Contact hotels in the UK and Europe to inquire about travel packages, special offers, and availability. Manage hotel reservations and related backend booking operations accurately and efficiently. Handle international calls and coordinate effectively with hotel representatives. Ensure seamless communication between clients and service providers. Maintain accurate records of bookings and ensure proper documentation.
