Key Responsibilities:

Train

new travel sales batches

on industry best practices, sales techniques, and customer handling. Develop and deliver

training modules

on

US travel sales

, including airline ticketing, destination knowledge, and sales strategies. Conduct

role-playing exercises

and

mock sales calls

to enhance trainees' confidence and effectiveness. Monitor trainee performance and provide

constructive feedback

for improvement. Stay updated with

US travel regulations, trends, and booking platforms

. Collaborate with

sales managers

to align training with business goals. Ensure trainees meet

sales targets

and maintain high-quality customer interactions.

Required Skills:

Strong expertise in

US travel sales

and

sales conversion techniques

. Ability to

motivate and mentor

new hires for high performance. Excellent

presentation and communication skills

. Experience in

handling objections and closing sales

. Knowledge of

GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, etc.)

is a plus.
