Roles & responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Record customer queries/inquiries
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
Skills & Attributes
  • Should be flexible with 24/7 working environment.
  • Good communication skills (Verbal and Written).
  • Working knowledge of GDS Amadeus is Must.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Should have been part of customer service processes (Voice/Email)
