Roles & Responsibilities
1. Travel Booking & Coordination
Manage domestic and international flight, hotel, visa, insurance, and transport bookings.
Ensure accuracy in reservations, ticketing, and travel documentation.
Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and special requests.
2. Client Servicing
Interact with clients to understand requirements and provide suitable travel solutions.
Deliver timely updates and ensure high service standards.
Assist in handling client queries, complaints, and emergencies.
3. Vendor & Supplier Management
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and transport providers.
Negotiate rates and ensure service quality.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers for better deals.
4. Financial & Administrative Tasks
Prepare travel quotations, invoices, and expense reports.
Monitor billing accuracy and manage petty cash (if applicable).
Support the accounts team with reconciliations related to travel operations.
5. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure all bookings comply with company policies and client requirements.
Maintain records of bookings, invoices, and travel documents.
Prepare daily/weekly reports for management review.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of GDS (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) & MS Office
Excellent organizational & multitasking skills
Strong communication & problem-solving ability
Attention to detail and customer-first approach
Qualifications
Graduate in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality Management
2-5 years of experience in travel operations (corporate/leisure)
