Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all operational aspects of domestic and international travel services. Oversee the execution of travel packages and itineraries. Ensure timely and accurate bookings for flights, hotels, transfers, and activities. Monitor ongoing tours and handle in-travel issues, changes, or escalations. Optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining service quality. Supervise the team handling reservations, confirmations, rebookings, and cancellations. Ensure timely issuance of tickets, vouchers, insurance, and travel documents. Maintain accuracy in booking details and customer information. Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a high-performance, customer-first culture. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training where required. Generate and analyze reports on bookings, revenue, and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies and travel regulations. Manage and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Handle escalated client issues promptly and ensure overall customer satisfaction. Coordinate with sales and customer support teams for seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field.

5-8 years of experience

in travel operations, with

at least 3 years in a managerial role

. Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel operations. Proficiency in travel systems (e.g., Galileo), hotel booking engines, and B2B portals. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Work Location:

In-person (Ernakulam High Court, Kochi, Kerala)

Relocation:

Candidates should be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
