What You Will Do
Plan and prepare end-to-end travel itineraries, quotations, costing, and package proposals. Manage bookings for flights, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, insurance, visas, and documentation.
Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, transport vendors, guides, and partners for confirmations. Ensure accurate travel vouchers, invoices, receipts, booking records, and CRM updates.
Handle client requirements before, during, and after travel; manage changes or emergencies.
Maintain B2B and B2C relationships with agents, suppliers, and hospitality partners.
Support sales with operational feasibility checks and accurate costing.
Identify new markets, partnerships, and business opportunities.
Train and guide junior team members as needed.
Who We're Looking For
2+ years' experience in travel operations, reservations, tour coordination, or travel consulting.
Strong knowledge of domestic & international destinations, visa processes, and airline portals.
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi required).
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple itineraries at once.
Comfortable with MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM, and travel booking systems.
Ability to work under pressure and extend hours during peak seasons.
Degree/diploma in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality preferred.
How many years of experience do you have coordinating with vendors and partners to ensure smooth B2B and B2C travel operations?
Have you worked with vendors or DMCs in Thailand, Malaysia, Bali, or Sri Lanka before?
Can you prepare detailed itineraries, quotations, and costing for clients?
