We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Operations Executive
to join our travel operations team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day booking operations, coordinate with vendors and customers, and ensure seamless delivery of travel services--from itinerary planning to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end operations for tour packages.
Coordinate with hotels, transporters, and local vendors for booking confirmations and service arrangements.
Prepare and share travel itineraries, vouchers, and necessary travel documents with clients.
Ensure accurate costing and maintain package profitability.
Handle post-booking support including amendments, cancellations, and refunds.
Manage client communication pre- and post-departure to ensure a smooth travel experience.
Work closely with the sales team to deliver confirmed services as per client requirements.
Maintain daily MIS reports, booking records, and payment updates.
Assist in vendor negotiations and on boarding new partners.
Support in resolving any on-trip or operational escalations efficiently.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
Excellent coordination and communication skills (written & verbal).
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and travel CRMs.
Ability to multitask and manage timelines under pressure.
Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in travel operations.
Experience in handling holiday packages, hotel bookings, and vendor coordination.
