Make reservations for planned travel, including, hotels, flights, accommodation and transportation.
Follow up with clients regarding travel plans, making necessary adjustments as required.
Handle arrival and departure transfers to ensure seamless client experiences.
Resolve scheduling conflicts, last-minute changes, and other travel-related issues.
Provide expert advice to clients on destination options, highlighting the pros and cons of each.
Coordinate with the client's designated point of contact in the days leading up to travel arrangements.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, itineraries, and client preferences for future reference.
Coordinate with sales team for bookings and confirmation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
1.5 to 2 years of experience in travel operations, corporate travel management, or event planning.
Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and airline/hotel policies.
Must have experience in Inbound & Domestic Travel.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage schedules, and solve travel-related issues efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office and travel management software.
The candidate should be comfortable travelling at odd hours.
