Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented

Senior Operations Associate to

lead and manage end-to-end operational execution of our educational programs. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless planning, coordination, and on-ground delivery of student experiential trips, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Program Planning & Execution:

Oversee and manage the complete lifecycle of educational tours -- from itinerary finalization to on-ground execution and post-program wrap-up. Liaise with schools, facilitators, vendors, and internal teams to plan and execute programs efficiently. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, risk management processes, and quality standards during program delivery.
Team Management:

Supervise a team of Operations Executives and freelance facilitators; provide guidance, support, and performance feedback. Conduct operational briefings, debriefs, and training sessions for on-ground teams.
Budgeting & Cost Control:

Prepare program budgets in coordination with the Finance and Sales teams. Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures while ensuring quality delivery.
Crisis & Risk Management:

Be prepared to handle emergencies and operational challenges on-ground with a calm and solution-oriented approach. Ensure all programs adhere to Redwood's safety guidelines and emergency response protocols.
Process Improvement:

Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process enhancements for efficiency, safety, and quality improvements.

Key Requirements:



Experience:

2 years in Operations / Logistics / Program Management, preferably in student travel, experiential learning, events, or hospitality sectors.

Education:

Graduate degree in any discipline. A post-graduate degree in Management / Travel & Tourism / Event Management is a plus. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure. Willingness to travel extensively (domestic & occasional international). Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays, as per program schedules.

Pay: ₹381,740.72 - ₹503,082.94 per year
