We are looking for a
Travel Operations Specialist
who will manage and support clients throughout their travel journey. The ideal candidate will ensure every aspect of the trip -- from planning to completion -- runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with clients from booking to trip completion.
Handle travel itineraries, confirmations, and necessary documentation.
Communicate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and vendors for seamless arrangements.
Resolve any travel-related issues or changes promptly and professionally.
Ensure client satisfaction by providing timely support and updates.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, and communications.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
Prior experience in travel operations, tour coordination, or customer service.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking platforms (if applicable).
