Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Operations Manager specialising in hotel contracting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in negotiating and managing hotel contracts across various destinations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong operational and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Negotiate and secure hotel contracts, ensuring the best rates and terms.

Manage relationships with hotel partners and maintain a diverse portfolio of accommodation options.

Analyse market trends and adjust contracting strategies to meet company goals.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless travel operations and customer satisfaction.

Utilise travel industry software and data analytics to optimise hotel contracting processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, travel and tourism, business administration, or a related field.

5-10 years of experience in hotel contracting and travel operations.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Familiarity with global travel destinations and regional market dynamics.

Proficiency in travel industry software and data analytics tools.

Multilingual capabilities are a plus
